SG7777 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered player ("you" or "Player"), and SG7777, the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at sg7777.org (the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform or placing any bet on SG7777, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them without qualification or reservation.

SG7777 operates exclusively for Filipino players in the Philippines. The Platform, its interfaces, payment methods and sports coverage are all designed for use within the Philippines. All monetary values displayed and transacted on the Platform are denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

These Terms should be read together with the SG7777 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and SG7777. If any conflict arises between these documents, these Terms take precedence.

Use of the SG7777 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. SG7777 does not permit players under 21 years of age to register, deposit, bet or access any gaming product on the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time you place any bet or access any gaming product on the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or agent of SG7777 or any company affiliated with SG7777's platform operations.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through the SG7777 responsible gaming tools or imposed by SG7777 for any other reason.
• You must not be prohibited by any applicable law or regulation from participating in online betting or gaming activities in the Philippines.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

SG7777 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. This may include a government-issued Philippine identification document such as a valid Philippine passport, driver's licence or PhilSys national ID. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the time requested by SG7777 will result in account suspension and restriction of access to funds until verification is complete.

SG7777 takes its age verification obligations seriously. If SG7777 reasonably suspects that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending verification. Any bets placed during the suspended period will be voided and stakes returned. Any winnings generated during a period where the player was found to have been under 21 will be forfeited.

To access the full range of betting and gaming products on SG7777, Filipino players must register a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address.

One account per person. Each individual Filipino player is permitted to hold only one registered account on SG7777 at any given time. Operating multiple accounts, sharing an account with another person or allowing another individual to use your account is strictly prohibited. If SG7777 discovers duplicate accounts linked to the same individual — whether by the same name, Philippine ID number, device, IP address, payment method or any other identifying factor — SG7777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings associated with the duplicated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your SG7777 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. SG7777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure or from any unauthorised access to your account that results from your negligence.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify SG7777 support immediately at [email protected]. SG7777 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension while the security review is conducted.

All financial transactions on the SG7777 Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine pesos (PHP). SG7777 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency and no currency conversion is applied to player transactions. The payment methods currently accepted by SG7777 for Filipino players are GCash, Maya and direct Philippine bank transfer.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount on SG7777 is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your SG7777 account balance near-instantly following confirmation from the payment provider. Philippine bank transfer deposits may take longer to reflect depending on your bank's processing times. SG7777 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, but players should check with their GCash or Maya account for any applicable e-wallet transaction charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified Philippine payment account registered to your SG7777 profile. SG7777 requires that the payment method used for a withdrawal matches the method used for your most recent deposit where possible, as a fraud prevention measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by SG7777's payments team and processed promptly following successful verification of the player's identity and account in good standing.

Cash deposits and withdrawals. Only your genuine PHP cash balance — meaning funds deposited directly into your SG7777 account from your own GCash, Maya or Philippine bank account — may be withdrawn at any time without restriction, subject to identity verification requirements. Promotional bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion's terms before they become withdrawable.

Failed or reversed transactions. If a deposit transaction fails or is reversed by your payment provider, SG7777 will not credit your account for the failed amount. If a withdrawal is reversed due to incorrect payment details provided by you, SG7777 will return the amount to your account balance and you may resubmit the withdrawal request with corrected details. SG7777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Philippine banking institutions.

SG7777 offers a wide range of betting markets across sports, esports, online slots, bingo and other gaming products. The specific rules governing each betting type — including settlement procedures, void conditions and special market rules — are set out in the product-specific rules pages accessible from each betting section of the Platform. These product rules are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

Bet acceptance. A bet placed on SG7777 is only accepted and binding once you have received a confirmed bet reference number and the bet appears in your SG7777 account betting history with a confirmed status. Bets that are not confirmed are not accepted and any corresponding stake deducted in error will be refunded to your balance.

Minimum and maximum stakes. SG7777 sets minimum and maximum stake limits on individual betting markets. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting market interface before you submit your bet. SG7777 reserves the right to adjust stake limits on any market at any time and to restrict individual player stake limits based on account activity, balance or other operational factors.

Obvious errors. In the event that SG7777 publishes odds or prices that are clearly erroneous — whether due to a technical error, data feed error or human input error — SG7777 reserves the right to void any bets placed on the erroneous odds and to refund the stakes to the relevant player accounts. SG7777 will not honour bets placed on prices that are objectively and obviously incorrect.

Live betting. Live in-play betting markets operate in real time. Bets submitted during a live event are accepted at the odds displayed at the time your bet request is processed by SG7777's system, which may differ from the odds visible when you began entering your bet selection due to real-time market movement. SG7777 does not guarantee that all live markets will remain available throughout an event.

• SG7777 covers PBA, NBA, Philippine basketball leagues, MLBB MPL Philippines, Valorant, DOTA 2, football, boxing and other sports popular with Filipino bettors.
• All bet outcomes are determined solely by the result of the relevant real-world sporting event or game, not by any action of SG7777.
• No betting outcome on SG7777 is guaranteed — all results involve real financial risk for the player.
• SG7777 reserves the right to suspend or close any betting market at any time for operational, integrity or legal reasons.

SG7777 offers promotional bonuses and special offers to Filipino players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer on the Promotions page. These specific promotion terms govern the qualifying conditions, bonus amounts, eligible games or betting markets and wagering requirements for each offer.

Wagering requirements. Bonus funds credited to your SG7777 account as part of a promotion must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. Only your genuine PHP cash deposits are withdrawable without restriction. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible products and time limit for completing the wagering requirement are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.

Bonus abuse. SG7777 monitors account activity to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming a bonus under multiple accounts, using betting strategies designed solely to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, or misrepresenting eligibility for a promotion. SG7777 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit bonus funds and associated winnings if abuse is detected, and to close the offending account.

Promotion changes. SG7777 may modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given. Any changes apply to the promotion going forward and do not affect bets already settled under the original promotion terms.

SG7777 is committed to providing a safe, responsible and enjoyable betting environment for all Filipino players. Betting on SG7777 should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. SG7777 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Filipino players at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum PHP amount you can deposit into your SG7777 account per day, per week or per month.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum PHP amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Loss limits take effect immediately when set.
• Session reminders: Receive notifications when you have been logged in and betting for an extended period, prompting you to take a break.
• Self-exclusion: Immediately close your account and prevent re-registration for a self-chosen period ranging from a short break to permanent exclusion.

Increasing a deposit or loss limit is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase takes effect, to discourage impulsive decisions during active betting sessions. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately. Self-exclusion decisions are irreversible for the duration chosen and cannot be overridden by SG7777 staff at the player's request during the exclusion period.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the SG7777 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence:

• Registering an account using false, inaccurate or another person's identity.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the SG7777 Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technological means to access or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for standard human use.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors in SG7777's systems for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any betting market or game on the Platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, anonymising service or other technology to misrepresent your physical location in order to access SG7777 from a jurisdiction where such access is not permitted.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the SG7777 Platform or its payment infrastructure.
• Posting, sharing or transmitting abusive, threatening, racist or otherwise harmful content through any communication channel associated with the SG7777 Platform.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to use your SG7777 account in any capacity.

SG7777 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities in investigations involving suspected financial crime, fraud or other unlawful activity conducted through or in connection with the Platform.

SG7777 collects and processes personal data provided by Filipino players during registration, identity verification and ongoing use of the Platform. The types of data collected, the purposes for which they are processed and the rights of Filipino players regarding their personal data are described in full in the SG7777 Privacy Policy.

SG7777 does not sell, rent or disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes without your explicit consent. Your data is used solely to operate your account, process payments, comply with anti-money laundering and age verification obligations, and improve the SG7777 Platform experience for Filipino players.

By registering an account on SG7777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent for non-essential data processing at any time by contacting SG7777 support, subject to the limitations described in the Privacy Policy.

All content on the SG7777 Platform — including but not limited to the SG7777 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, betting market displays and software — is the intellectual property of SG7777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written permission of SG7777.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and use the SG7777 Platform for your own personal entertainment and betting purposes as a Filipino player. This licence does not include the right to scrape, crawl, mirror or reproduce any part of the Platform in any form.

SG7777 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While SG7777 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available, reliable and accurate at all times, SG7777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults.

SG7777 is not liable for any loss arising from:

• Interrupted access to the Platform due to technical issues, scheduled maintenance or circumstances outside SG7777's control.
• Delays in GCash, Maya or Philippine bank transfer transaction processing caused by the relevant payment provider.
• Incorrect personal information provided by the player that causes payment or verification issues.
• Any failure by the player to comply with these Terms, including betting on markets for which they are ineligible.
• Loss of potential winnings due to bet void decisions made in accordance with these Terms or the applicable product rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits SG7777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law. SG7777 does not claim guaranteed returns and acknowledges that all betting involves real financial risk for Filipino players.

SG7777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if SG7777 determines that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information during registration or verification, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or its other players.

Upon termination of an account for cause, SG7777 may withhold any promotional bonus balances and associated winnings. Genuine PHP cash balances that are not subject to active investigation may be returned to the player's verified Philippine payment method following a review period at SG7777's discretion.

Filipino players may also close their own SG7777 account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, SG7777 will process any outstanding withdrawal of verified cash balance to your registered payment method before closing the account. Players who close their account under the self-exclusion responsible gaming tool are subject to the separate self-exclusion terms described in Section 7.

SG7777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made to the Terms that affect Filipino players' rights or obligations, SG7777 will notify registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the SG7777 Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the SG7777 Platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12. The version of the Terms displayed on this page at any given time is the version currently in effect and supersedes all previous versions.
